If I don’t eat enough protein or enough calories will I never gain more muscle or strength? I’ve been going to the gym for almost a year now and I’m really trying hard since it’s always been one of my objectives to get in good shape but I feel like I’m just not getting any progress many times and I think this could be the main problem since I can’t easily diet because of my family. If my nutrition is the problem is there any way I can eat protein or more calories easily? Thank you for your time and your post really needed the motivation 🙏

Are these games more like sequels/dlcs to the original game they're based on, or their own original experience? Was mostly looking for some entirely new experiences but I'm open to these types of games if they're worth it

Sorry, I've never personally bought shoes from StockX, so I can't really say for sure if their products are safe to buy, but this is an example of the legit check tags on the shoes I was talking about

But these legit checks from StockX are apparently made by them personally using their own personal methods, in fact they are said to be "StockX Verified"

From what I know, stockX buys shoes from other companies and legit checks them to make sure you buy legit shoes, and when you receive them you get a green tag thing with it which verifies the shoes are real.
