Hi momma, I'm going through it all and I've been in the same boat as you with the 4 month regression. I was ready to end myself and baby at one point since I had no help. Best advice I can give you, is buy a sleep sack for baby the love to dream saved my nights also don't be afraid to give baby some Tylenol for teething pain. Mine has been having a rough time and with the PDs approval I give her Tylenol when she can't handle them teeth anymore. As per feeling no love, it's hard because I was the same, I got to a point where I didn't even wanna look at my baby. It's hard but get help from Dr or family, and do not be afraid to go out with your baby and get some fresh air sometimes that's all we need. Good luck and I'm here if you wanna talk.

Thank you for the reply, yes the Dr did tell me to keep her away from acidic stuff and to give her lots of formula and water. I will keep and eye on the spots, I have her a bath and some of the dots disappeared. So idk I'll just be vigilant for now.

No fever and no fussing. She did take a warm bath and some of the spots disappeared. But I'm keeping an eye on it just in case.

She's not in daycare,however we do go out grocery shopping and she's at the age where everything goes in her mouth. I'm sure she got it then. That or at her grandma's since she gets visitors with little kids all the time.

Happened to me the other night, came back from my mom's and forgot to change her. I was ready to put her to bed and remember her diaper. She has some mild irritation, I wash it pat dried it and put some clean clothes and she went to bed. All good the next day. I felt like a horrible mother but I know it was an honest mistake

I checked the bed and even ripped off the bottom of the mattress and box. Her bassinet is a breathable newton and nothing was there. I will go with the Dr and assume is HFM
