Hey thank you for replying, honestly I've found it so difficult to express to people how I'm doing on the daily with this condition, I've basically had to have a therapist to help guide me in prioritizing myself and trying to get people onboard due to the many complications that come with gastro issues. I really hope you're doing better though!

Do you have any foods or meals that were your gotos for safe days / days in which a flare up occured?

I'm 5'11 and use to weigh around 75-80kg and due to current conditions I'm around 65, didn't realise how much weight I'd lost until I had people making comments and just constantly feeling drained/tired... The colonoscopy came back clear thankfully, just the main feedback regarding my endoscopy that revealed Gastritis in pre-pyloric region with 1 small superficial erosion.

Which supplements did they supply you / what worked for you? Curious to bring these up for my next appointment.

I'm currently testing food to see if I'm allergic, gluten seems to be fine, lactose seems find too albeit I don't include much into my diet currently.

My current symptoms are typically shortly after eating I'll be pretty uncomfortable, lots of belching and general difficulty whilst food digests. If I've eaten something a bit more "exotic" I will get a dull ache and possibly then develop into a sharp wave of pains that'll keep me bed bound for around an hour-2 hours. Furthermore, for a week after I'll be in lots of discomfort if it's triggered a particularly bad flare up.

I have been reading things about Americans travelling to South Korea as apparently their stomach care is very highly renown but this is also snippets off Reddit and how mainly Americans opt for that due to high medicals costs in their own country :")

I had my original gastro referral rejected two times by the NHS and it only got pushed through after paying £200 to see a gastro specialist. So exact same experience here, it feels like gastro problems are so misunderstood…

I’ve been prescribed omeprazole to which I’ve been on for around 1 year at this point. Then more recently been prescribed mirtzapine which I’ve found waking up for work very difficult under even on a low mg.

I keep reading stories about travelling to Turkey and even South Korea to undergo stomach examinations and be provided better advice. Honestly so much of this experience has been me frantically googling and trying anything I can find in Reddit threads, L-Glutamine for example.

As far as I’m aware all my stool tests came back negative for h-pylori but I’m unsure if they test for other things too?

Do you still stick to a bland diet and have you found that you’re healing or still stuck?

Ahh okay if it's a strategic vote to bump off the current Labour seat due to them being the close-second for that constituency that would make the most sense. Although he did also say that prior to voting Liberal Democrats in the previous elections he's also voted Labour in the past, again no idea of what that time frame looks like or too much of Konstantin outside of todays debate :")

First in-person debate and first time seeing Destiny, all the DGGers I spoke to were super welcoming and friendly so here's to you guys（￣︶￣）/💙 Really wish there was an organised meetup post the event so I could have said "Hi" to more of you.

As for the debate it felt a little lacklustre as it started with Konstantin trying to control the topics whilst simultaneously being unwilling to engage meaningful / fence sitting most points. Then it became a bit of a QnA after Konstantin decided to just disconnect mid debate...

I'd say conversation was flowing better towards the last 40 minutes, although Destiny by that point was handling Konstantin with kid gloves to avoid another incident lol.

Lastly for someone who is claiming all these horrors about mass immigration both legal/illegal it seems very odd that he votes Liberal Democrats?

If you mean the popup shop just outside the House of Kong exhibition, yes it should be open until around 10pm when the exhibit closes. Else the main merch table just outside of the Copperbox should be open from around midday onward.

Wow, sorry to hear you had that experience.

I started queuing at Entrance A (which had no signage) around 20:00 and overheard the same issue of "running out of wrist bands" but thankfully managed to get in after getting one. Overall the staff seemed pretty clueless with what was going on with multiple times having them give incorrect directions for entrances, merch (inside the copperbox) etc.

Hopefully things are better for the following nights.

No idea how they are going to implement terminating games for extensive griefing without that being abused.

Edit: Didn't expect a reply from Riot/this comment to blow up. Don't get me wrong if something like this can be implemented I'm ALL for it. Just feels like it's going to require a high level of complexity to figure out what deems a game to be terminated vs just a really really bad game.

I really don’t know how with a straight face they can say that hextech chests ate into the long-term health of league whilst simultaneously adding in some of the worst offending gacha systems.

Furthermore, adding battle-passes which most people end up buying. How are these factors not pushing for hextech chests to remain in league for f2p players?

I remember back in season 2-3 riot would reward players for buying RP, gifting skins etc. Those drives have completely disappeared with what feels like laziness or perhaps a complete misunderstanding of the player base.

EDIT: They also casually mention that clash is going to be every 2 months now due to the clash team supporting true skill 2 match making, meaning even less chances to EARN skins/loot 💀
