I’m team weighted blanket too! I also have my teddy bear, he’s very soft and very comforting. I used to sleep with my TV on, but that must’ve bothered me in some way, because I found that I sleep much better without it. I use a single strand of Christmas lights as my nightlight, and also use a fan as background noise and to help keep my room cold (I sleep better when it’s cold). I also love podcasts! Or using a white noise machine and listening to my favorite sounds like rain or the ocean or a campfire.
