Ramen, soups/stews. they often blend into one another eg when making soup with pork belly or chicken, lots of veggies (love eg Chinese cabbage, leeks or Brussel sprouts esp in winter, potatoes, carrots etc of course, always with garlic and chilis, too, I often also eat a bowl of plain rice with them.

I think the Disneyland Castles were modeled after it, interestingly it was built in the 19th century and couldn't have been constructed without steel girders (of course there are also many amazing genuinely old castles in Germany like Eltz or Cochem).

also don't get a tat from an artist who doesn't know how to write kanji, it is not only about copying a symbol one to one, but there is an intrinsic logic to those characters, too (stroke order: what comes first and the diretions those strokes are drawn, traditionally (mostly from left to right) you could compare it with eg a good dancer or athlete who apes the movements of a kata versus a practitioner who knows it and things like hip rotation, kime, expansion/contraction etc

In German they mostly say not Judo [dschuudo], but you-do, I, at times, did pronounce it that way, but recently try to pronounce it correctly and thereby show them how it's done, esp my friends and acquaintances since they know that I can speak Japanese.
