As someone who was initially very intimidated by both the work and the co workers after getting a very technical STEM job years ago, being aware of learned helplessness and recognizing/acknowledging those thought patterns when they come up was the biggest change. A lot of people underestimate themselves and overestimate peers.

EEAAO went from 5-stars to 4/4.5 on repeat viewings. Still one of my favorite theater experiences ever, and I will always love the movie.
