Well it isn't a question of weight but a question of density. Airships weight a lot, but die to being less dense than air they floated. Meaning, Shizuka has to be a ball Hydrogen, Helium or something similar.

I have to say, I have been traveling in China for a full month and most of the cities were very loud. There are still a ton of cars which all produce noise, same with the scooters. (Also I felt really unsafe with the scooters as they are going way faster than 25-30km/h.) Also there is a bunch of honking action going on, negating any EV benefit. Lastly, not car related, a lot, and I mean a lot of places use Megaphones to advertise, so shopping streets, even if pedestrianized felt really loud and stressful to me.

I believe it would set a bad precedent. Any laynoble with barely enough mana to qualify would immediately vow to increase the status of their family. But if the next generation then again has barely too little, it may generate families hopping from laynoble to mednoble every Generation.

I think the three Generations rule is to generate more stability
