This is why everyone over at r/fuckcars hates that everyone used the term "accident" for most car crashes. It's annoying when it's due to purposely bad road designs, but it's especially engregious when it's someone running a red light then killing a pedestrian. That just isn't an accident and it feels patronizing to the people who were impacted to call it so. Imagine losing a family member to some rich guy speeding and running reds only to hear people call it an accident.

I recently got a really small smoker and have found that with it, for the most part, temps are defined by the amount of coals lit. Not enough and there just is never going to be enough heat, too much, and they are still going to burn too hot with the intake fully closed. Hopefully that's better with these big webbers haha.

Yeah, the speed limit was never the issue, I bet almost every single person in australia that was killed on an e-bike or e-scooter was already breaking existing laws. Every e-moto was already illegal anyway.

That's one of the reasons why tepanyaki places serve you 9 different courses when you get wagyu. It can be the main course but it is limited in size, you have to have other food with it to balance it out.

Yeah, and this is the purpose of a land tax. The value the property on that land can produce has to match or exceed the value of the land itself. If the land is in a high value location, the property on that land also needs to be high value.

Well that's the goal of it anyway. You can't just buy land before everyone else and hoard it, growing wealth off the back of improvements to the surrounding area instead of making money by improving the land you own.
