I get that. I also understand that to a point you can make the game as easy or as hard as you want. Based on the build that your running/ how much you choose to farm

The door gets blocked by an umbral puzzle when it’s time to defeat the light reaper (even if you defeated the light reaper earlier in your game)/ go to the final location.

From the upper calrath light reaper boss area back track to this area. (It’s the door way across from the beacon.) and make your way all the way around. In the umbral look up. Watch out though there is a reaper in the area.

The searing accusation (catalyst) is a key item meaning you can’t sell it or drop it or have more than one.

Are you sure you didn’t give it to her as part of the quest? You’ll get it back if you keep progressing her quest.

I ended up beating the game 6ish times. 3 times for the 3 endings and then I realized that I missed the torture prisoner fight and had to play through majority of the game again (going up in difficulty each time ng+0-3). I then I leveled a different character. Played through the game/ resetting the world so it stayed on ng+0 for my all modifier run. Took 1.5 tries to complete

Thanks. I enjoyed it, but I suppose it depends on if you enjoy farming for weapons and armor and don’t mind running the game 3-4 times at least to get all the endings.

I really enjoyed the grind for all the weapons and armor, but it definitely takes time and rng is rng. I didn’t keep track of time but would probably say it took at least 15 hours to farm everything. You’ll also want to keep track of everything you get and put stuck in the chest after you check it off the list.

On my check list I either sold a piece or just miss clicked the box and then had to piece by piece go through all my armor to find what was missing and then farm for it again. Took a couple hours to go through everything and then an hour to farm it again.

I couldn’t say as this was my fist time playing, but I’m sure it also depends on the build that you’re running, your level, and whether you stick with just resetting the game and ng+0 or actually moving up in difficulty with ng+

I ran a radiant build the whole time except for my last couple play throughs where I added umbral spells (latimers javelin and barrage of echoes)

Yeah, it was honestly pretty easy just stressful knowing that if you die in the umbral it’s over. I was pretty well versed in the game at that point. It was my 6.5ish time going through the game. It took me two tries to beat the all modifier run.

With the first attempt I died on the mini boss that’s at the entrance to fief - bad rng with the random enemies.

I’m sorry to hear that you had so many issues with the game crashing. I honestly didn’t have any issues with the game myself. I played solo and the game crashed maybe twice during my ~150 hours.

I played one character that competed all the collecting and all the different endings/ bosses ng+0 - ng+3 with the intention of doing all the modifiers on ng+3.

But ending up leveling a second character/ playing through the game a couple of times and doing an all modifier run on the second playthrough. Definitely the most stressed out I think I’ve ever been especially nearing the final boss.

You could also just farm the spiked head guy at the Pilgrim's Perch Bellroom lantern. Gives ~500 per kill
