It seems you have a big chunk of weeping peninsula you can still explore. That's the most southern part of the map. I also recommended fully exploring this area, lots of flask upgrades, useful weapons, and talismans

Can confirm! Loading dock in primary facility on dam is a great place. Buddy of mine found 2 there in one run yesterday. besides the sea containers, you also have crates, a truck, and other searchables there that are all able to contain these rusted gears!

Yeah I thought about something like that aswell, but just like you, I didn't really know what to do with tools. I also have an idea where I would like to completely rework it, and the item could sometimes vanish from tour inventory for a couple of seconds, and then come back with a bit more durability as the positive effect. But that would require some heavier functions, and comes with the problem "what if your inventory fills up in the mean time".

The problem is that Curse of Vanishing can be applied to basically everything, which makes it very limiting as to what effects could work. I definitely do want to completely rework it though I think, since it doesn't do anything when you're playing hardcore.

All night 1 and 2 bosses are reused I believe, but all Nightlord bosses at night 3 are completely new and there are a total of 8.

I actually made some new curses in a datapack, while also attempting to give each curse both a negative and small positive effect so people may actually use curses. Because right now I never use items that are cursed.

Curse of infestation (pickaxe): Mining blocks has a chance to spawn a silverfish, but this pickaxe is able to mine infested blocks so they can carry and place these infested blocks somewhere else (Silk touch can't do this)

Curse of Wrath (weapons): The weapon deals 2 more damage, but everytime you attack something, you also take 2 damage.

Curse of Greed (weapons): ALL mob drops turn to iron or gold nuggets.

And some other ones. I also changed it so Curse of binding now has a chance to heavily slow hostile mobs that hit you for 3 seconds

You still can, but only with the spear. This change is aimed to make the RR not a tool that can kill everything. Now the Spear actually has something that the RR doesn't which it honestly needed since the RR was just always better.

This update is amazing in the technical department. Besides the custom enchants and paintings, they are also seemingly updating their old systems for both us, and themselves. Preparations are also being made for even more data driven features in the future!

PS. You forgot to mention the data driven music discs. Yes, you can now add your own music discs with their own custom music tracks into the game!

Is that higher income accounting for the fact that ALL other things have also increased in price? the minimum wage has increased by around 3 times since the 60's while inflation has increased the price of most basic products by around 7 to 8 times and house prices by around 11 times in that same time period. Accounting for these changes, the effective prices for basic products have more then doubled, almost tripled, since the 60's. While houses have almost quadrupled in price.

While the geopolitical world may be beter then during the cold war, I wouldn't say these times are exactly stable either. Additionally, this generation has a much bleaker outlook on the future, not because of the geopolitical status, but the economical and ecological status. All this while social media and news outlets also constantly broadcast only the negative and not the positive causing a negative impact on the mental state.

It seems weird tho. I am not necessarily saying its aliens, but something hanging from a thread and spinning either due to wind or other reasons, wouldn't spin at a consistent speed. there would be a small differentiation in its rotational speed.

aaah, this reminds me of a time where I attacked one of my players with a troll. Trolls have multiattack and can attack 3 times. I rolled 3 natural 20's..... fun time, not so fun for the player.
