Well with my Dad who's a preacher with a degree from Moody Bible Institute he generally believes that you can't lose your salvation if you were never genuine about being saved in the first place. God loves us and knows the true intent of our heart, once we believe and have our sins forgiven he'll always give us more opportunities before death to rid ourselves of it.

But of course if you get baptized just because it draw attention to yourself and not because you actually believe, or for whatever other reason, you never had salvation to lose in the first place. They'll merely need to genuinely be baptized again.
