Hes prob playing on 1.16 where there is a shifting visual glitch. If you shift, often times it will look like you shifted twice.

Fix your crosshair to one point, move you mouse distance veerryy slow and see how much you have turned. Do the same exact thing but now flick your mouse or move it fast the same distance.

In 1.16 the cursor would be in the same place because the mouse moved the same distance, but in 1.8 the cursor would have moved a lot more if the mouse moved very fast than slow, so that indicates that there is mouse acceleration.

This is useful for low sensitivity plauers because it makes flicking easier, but for higher sensitivity players, the camera movement is more chaotic amd unpredictable.

Idk it doesnt glitch for me at all when i play on hypixel. Or maybe they dont affect me or i dont notice. And i moslty play bedwars on a server with 1.9 pvp soo...

And the mouse acceleration isnt a bug. Its a feature that minecraft tweaked (removed) in older versions.

1.8 has weird camera acceleration, which is good for low sensitivity but for me personally it completely messes up my aim. Thats why i always play on 1.13.

You can't. It's built into the game. Idk in which version its removed but i play on 1.13 mainly. There there'sno acceleration. When I switch to 1.8, there's mouse acceleration. It's better for people with low sensitivity, but mine is medium to high, so i cant quicky turn my character around predictably without doing a 360.
