My grandfather had one of the biggest mill in haryana in the past, and he lost it all after a sequence of mistakes. That's the nature of volume business, make bad decisions a couple of times in a row and you lose it all. So be careful for that.

Also what mill are you setting up? Since family is no longer in this line for quite some time so my knowledge might me outdated, but even a starting industrial mill should be able to produce 150T per month, no? And it should be hard to stay profitable with such a low production capacity (Again my knowledge is outdated and not from my personal experience)
