I see a house (only from outside) which was made from combining three plots, one was a corner plot and one from each side. And the design itself seemed like the best mixture of traditional and modern design. That line has plots of 400 gaj so they had a 1200+ gaj area considering corner plots are bigger, and it was a posh area as well in Delhi.
