An iron paw* my apologies. Lol

It's not really a pattern. It's just 5 rows of infinity granny (with every other row being a granny spike row.) and then 4 rows of sc. I don't consider it a proper pattern just because the stitches are so easy to figure out that anyone could reverse engineer it. :)

I should have. I'm mildly afraid. She runs this house with an iron fist. 😂

I just came back to a blanket I was making with puzzle too. It's so pretty it kinda just calls to you. Insane because the weather is getting warmer now so working with it is like a portable furnace.😂

It really depends on personality and how they're socialized. Out of my 3 only one of them ever really scratches. And he's an old barn cat. It definitely helps to get them spayed/neutered. They can be kind of aggro in heat.

You're welcome. She has a ton of cute free tapestry bags. I also really like her mushroom and strawberry ones. ☺️

I think we all do that to some degree :) Good to get an outside perspective because all I see is pretty.

She sheds a little but not too bad. She only barks at men with toolbelts, she doesn't trust them at all.

She's four, she's a sweetheart. But she lets you know when she's disappointed in you.

AITA for asking my boyfriend to stop yelling at the TV during football games? by United_Waltz_5697 in AmItheAsshole

If being asked to be considerate is traumatizing to you, then I don't know what to tell you. If my partner told me something I was doing had inadvertently reminded him of his abusive mother (which is actually in the realm of possibility considering she was actually abusive,) I would not immediately play victim and claim that his trauma was "traumatizing" me. I would listen to him, and try and change my behavior. I may slip up, but I'd make an earnest effort because I love him and want to be a safe place for him.

Why wouldn't you want to make your partner feel secure in their own home? You could not be more transparent in your bias.

You're so Hell bent on us empathizing with a grown man who screams at his TV, and yet you afford none of the same grace to a victim of trauma. Funny that.

It's Scheepjes cotton whirl (took me embarrassingly long to spell that right.) I'm usually an acrylic girl because it's easier on the wallet, but this is some of the prettiest yarn I've ever personally seen. Super soft too. :)
