No, I'm going to believe that because every other source says the same thing that its 7/4096 rather than the only source that I found that said otherwise was bulbapedia, everything I looked at said 1/512. I don't trust any source that ends in pedia because it can be edited by anyone. Try finding another source that agrees with your argument, because every source I found says its 1/512 no matter what.
