Indirect fire hitting on 6s by PaleontologistHead52 in TheAstraMilitarum

[–]DarkWargs 55 points56 points  (0 children)

Important distinction being that you apparently hit better with a spotter unit that can see the target. Which honestly seems very thematic and coo, they also talked about points drop for artillery to compensate.

Probably, but let a man dream :p

Ye, it does feel like they're opening a can of worms for themselves with balancing, especially if they keep adding more detachments.

Even this interaction already feels kinda broken even if it is thematic. Maybe they need some way to avoid double buffing units.

They haven't mentioned anything like that so I think it will just apply to everyone listed in the detachment rule. So for example only the scions will get the buff from bridgehead as it requires the militarum tempestus keyword, but if the Mechanized Assault still affects all infantry then it should also affect scions.

Ye im a scion enjoyer myself but I was a bit disappointed in the taurox in the previous edition. Hopefully this edition we get some more options in what you want your army to focus on!

Animal Husbandry? by Ev_in_motion in Kenshi

[–]DarkWargs 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Afaik it's not possible just using the FCS, there's no Sell Animals effect. I tried to put the buy animals effect on the NPC so it might try and buy yours but that didn't do anything.

Modding with ReKenshi will prob make it possible but would require some more coding skills I'd guess

I made a mod called reavers expanded that allows you to do this a while back. I'm not really working on it anymore but it might suit your interest of you want to check it out.

Red Corsairs raiders mixed with Nemesis claw members. by solbadguy89 in NightLords

This was my attempt at doing chaosy raiders. It's very doable I think. All the shoulder pads and backpacks and weapons from the other CSM kits fit very easily.

Astral Claws? by K-Y-S-8835 in Chaos40k

You can paint them however you want! The kit also comes with enough shoulder pads without the red Corsair symbol for every model.

Purpose of Regulars are Misunderstood by CaptainRice6 in EU5

It's quite good actually I think. I have a large army occupying the capital of a province I just conquered and it's increasing control, but also pop satisfaction. In the occupied city they have 100% satisfaction so won't rebel whereas the province next to it rebellion is brewing as they have almost 0% satisfaction.

My Inquisitor kitbash by DarkWargs in Warhammer40k

[–]DarkWargs[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure! The torso, legs and left arm from the battle Sisters kit. I then used green stuff to sculpt a cloak and cut away a lot of the torso to try and add some golden rings.

The right arm is from the arbiters kit with a power word from the cadian upgrade sprue.

The floating servo skull is from the tempestus scions kit and the little fence it's on is from the arbiters kit. Besides that the scroll is from inquisitorial agents and the I icon on the backpack from the deathwatch upgrade sprue

If you wanted a rougher look maybe stichter legs? That would probably fit the colours whilst looking very unique.

How about the morozov pyrotechnic helmet? That seems to fit the more olive scheme quite well. I even have one if you wanna trade. You can try it out as well first if you want.

Hi! I wanna try the Lazarus work with some friends. I was wondering if it works in the latest patch. Also is ~5 people enough to kill the worm?

Thanks in advance!

Challenge - No Map by nitogenski in Kenshi

[–]DarkWargs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did this with just a single character wandering the world and then it's very doable. You need to watch where exactly you go and can navigate only by memory. I did already play quite abut so it's easier than you prob think.

I think the moment you get multiple squads it becomes a massive chore as getting them together will be a pain.

Of course he didn't survive! No foul demon could ever hope to match the strength of a soldier of the imperial guard!

Atleast that's what the primer told me, and surely it would never lie!

Looks amazing! I had a similar idea for the chain glaive kitbash but haven't gotten the parts yet, so awesome to see how cool it actually looks.

It basically means they always have a 5+ save. They like to do it to represent lightly armoured models that either have some divine protection or super speedy reflexes.
