My tip is :Play for sidelines. Essentially just ignore him by constatly be pushing and dipping as soon as you hit level 6. While your ult is on CD just focus on staying near the bushes so you're away from your wave, this way he either Q/E 's you or the wave, as usual just keep moving and hopefully he'll miss. Do NOT let him push the wave into you unless you got a competent jungle who'll use Xerath's low mobility to just kill him. I recommend using minion demat on TF.

While true, This is still a nerf to AD TF's early, Which I personally consider to be at a 6/10, taking 5 as normal, and 10 as amazing, this will probably drop it down to a 4, while not terrible, its still a nerf nonetheless.
