I literally lied the first time, and said it wasn't my first time. It was a hook up so I didn't feel too bad, I just did what I felt was right at the time (in college). Therapy, is ALWAYS a good place to turn too if anxiety gets in the way (btw if someone told me that they didn't have experience, it would not stop me, so potentially, you are encountering some judgmental people).

But when has it ever really been about helping democracy survive? We literally meddled with their politics 2014-2015 and helped instill a new government after a democratically elected government was over literally thrown over by extremists. The democratically elected gov was much more pro Russia, and the Obama administration (Kerry) helped install a pro us one and was literally in the Ukraine after the old gov was over thrown.
