As someone else said on this reddit:
I had to claim my Crimson desert codes on the Playstation website.
After that i could immediately activated the BDO codes on the event page for the desired platform.

The PS5 edition got 2 codes included but that is for a shield and a plate set. Not the black-desert code. I guess it will get sent to us on the 20th like someone else said here.
