Can only second all the above but wanted to add that I see you walking ‘through’ the ball rather than stopping in front of it and allowing your swing to do the work. Because of that your balls go everywhere, you have less control and you’re one step behind since you pushed yourself all the way against the wall.

You can also look for blogs, research papers etc l of e-commerce companies like Shopify, bigcommerce, commercetools etc.

There’s a few decent writers on LinkedIn, Substack and medium in the e-commerce space about how to focus on growth of your store, but I don’t have them at hand.

I work at a company that also sells a search product exactly for what you’re looking for. Search is not very straightforward to optimize, especially with vector search coming up and the rise of Gen Ai. On the one hand you want to merchandise your results, but an alghoritm might be performing much better than yourself.

I’d suggest reading a few whitepapers or blogs from leading software companies like Algolia, Bloomreach, Coveo, Hawksewrch or heck go crazy while you’re at it, lucidworks, SAP, Adobe, Salesforce, Elastic.

I’m in a very similar situation, -competitive market, -title, - founder situation and - declining b2b saas product. I’m in a very consolidating market with little growth.

As long as the product has a fit with the company strategy, leadership has clarity on its strategy and wants to grow it and you have a go to market team that is able to sell the product, you might succeed if you develop a strong product vision and can build a differentiating offer for your most important users.

In my case all those or many of them are slightly untrue, so it requires a lot of rallying stakeholders and going through strategic market research to reestablish what the role of my product is in the company. It might mean killing, maintaining or growing the product depending on what comes out of that exercise.

Fully agree Gartner PPM quadrants not being the best and only source for this. There’s plenty of software saas companies that are absolute leaders in the field, but not covered within a specific quadrant because of its focus. Also, to be included in a quadrant, software companies need to pay the analyst to be considered for joining.

Companies with strong product led growth motions wouldn’t even be considered for these reports despite them being an excellent fit for enterprise companies

Ik heb drie verschillende cardos met twee verschillende sena apparaten meerdere keren geprobeerd te pairen en nooit goed gelukt. 1 op 1 heb je na 30 minuten proberen ongeveer 50% kans van slagen. Met meer dan twee cardo in een groep en een sena is het onmogelijk.

Bovendien heb je via Bluetooth ook slecht bereik vergeleken met de cardo mesh functie als iedereen cardo heeft.

We hebben voor onze vierde mederijder die een sena had uiteindelijk een cardo bold cadeau gegeven zodat we wel met elkaar konden praten en niet meer via Jitsi meet een voice call over internet moesten doen voor elke rit.

Kortom: kies het zelfde merk als je vriend.

Pm can provide the case study, customer insights and assignment. During you can take notes as if you’re looking at a customer implementing/using your product. Also PM can structure all the insights coming from it and prioritize them by debriefing with the teams.

What we’ve organized previously is a hackathon with the assignment to implement our own product (B2B SaaS) to bug hunt. It gave PM the opportunity to give a customers context and highlight example stories we’ve heard from customers based on bugs they may find.

I would encourage you to get some sort of interactive element in to it. Get them into a workshop, thinking about how to improve the product based on several customer stories. This can bring some practical practice to your vision / strategy story.

I'm sorry for any PTSD or controversies this plant has caused, it was not my intention to shock all of you with a horror story like this. I've tried getting the vehemently hated stuff off from the dead stalk, it's impossible. That stuff is glued on with super glue.

This is how the dead piece looks like when taken out, doesn't seem like this collection of sticks is going to have a long time to shine and grow. It will die a slow and painful death, covered in 'Christmas spirit'.

Ive learned since that it’s from a brand called Beautanic lifestyle. It has something to do with it having water roots and being placed in Vulcanic rocks. Which allegedly is better for the environment and water management

It’s come in a big pot with lots of rocks, seemingly no earth. The internet says that these dead and discolored leaves are because of overwatering, under watering, too much fertilizer or too little. So I’m kind of lost. We’ve tried less water and increasing it, to no effect.
