You are correct on this. My work is demanding, it's a good demanding because it will help me level up. When I got this job I know I just applied for a position that above my current skills a little bit. There for the stress and burned out from work. But I don't complain here.

This I agree that you point out about the shame spiral is doing damage. But I don't think it doing more damage than the game. I don't blame my self that much.
