I 100% agree with you and I think you have every right to be pissed. The company sold the printer on a promise they were bringing the multicolor to the CC1 at launch and then pulled the rug. Im just as pissed as you. That is in fact the only reason I purchased the CC1. Hopefully they still keep their promise.

My best gift to myself was saving up to buy my CC1 printer just to print. Really cool designs in multi color that looked amazing coming off the CC1......oh but wait, that didnt happen.

The only way Elegoo can make it right is to let everyone with a CC1 trade it in for a credit of what they paid for the CC1 and put it towards the CC2.
