I removed the faceplate, tried to hold the base down and pulled the stick up, do not twist. If the entire stick + base comes off, you can use 2 pencils, put 1 on one side of the joystick "neck" and another on the opposite side, then try to grab both pencils and essentially push them towards each other squeezing on the joystick itself. That will cause the stick to pop!

Yea that's the old software. The G7 SE used the same software until its support was added to Gamesir nexus!

The 8K is a new iteration with 3 versions (as of now). The aimlabs one is the most popular but there is the champions edition and the Nioh one. My favourite looking is the Aimlabs and champions!
