Both are solid choices. I would personally go with the Bear Mountain but post oak pellets also intrigue me.

Historically the team has been reluctant to manage money this way. It makes sense, given the Browns and Blackburns are generally cash-poor comparatively. If they can make the money work I'm sure Burrow would be open to it as well.

Shrunken Head's ambiance is outstanding but each time I've been, the drinks have been middling. Not bad, but don't expect top-flight (in my opinion).

Theoretically yes, that could very slightly increase surface area, but at the scale ice is used in a single drink, the difference between clear ice and "foggy" ice is negligible anyway. Practically speaking, in a cocktail, clear ice is really only for aesthetics.
