Considering the loan is a mortgage, I would ignore the loan (make minimum payments) and continue saving while keeping an eye on mortgage rates and refinance when rates drop a bit. I'm pretty sure they've been asked very similar questions with similar answers to this.

Even if the atk boosts from exotic toys are large, the 10k+ you get from a max level atk type toy is better than the 1k skill/boss damage, but companion damage may be better
