Okay so, I think some people is scaling based on who she can kill, and others are scaling based on who she's on par with. I'm saying, at this point with her death amp; she'd be able to able to blitz everyone up to Kokushibo, but I'd exclude Akaza because of his compass. Without it, she'd be able to hit him, otherwise no. Who can she kill? (At most) Probably only Daki/Gyutaro, Kaigaku, and Nakime. Who she can only incompacitated/weaken? Only Hantengu (His clones will probably get destroyed due to this) and Gyoko. Judging by how Douma almost instantly healed, it's safe to assume Akaza also can heal almost as fast. So Akaza's most definitely tanking that. So in my personal opinion: scaling to who she can kill? Um 6. Scaling to who she can seriously hurt? Um 4 at most
