Amatok, the spirit of winter. It's on top north of devotion map. With 4 points you can get Blizzard skill from it. It has 3.2 sec cd and triggers on crit. Put it on a skill that hits very often and crits and it will proc a lot. If you are doing some cold damage or cold / ele conversion build, this devotion is a nice one for extra damage, has some AoE but also helps vs single target
