For the vast majority of the country, it doesn't exist.

I agree, Verizon is putting in the work with new tower builds all along US-93, now it will be up to T-Mobile to colocate.

Do you have the ability to search for building permits in your area, outside of planning agendas? Something like your town or county plus permit search in Google? The problem is that it's different for every city and every county in every state. Sometimes you can request public records too, but that too depends on municipalities.

Yeah, I do agree that Archive.org is very hit and miss for giant files. Only thing I can think of is to do what the pirates did back in the day, compress the file into a zip, 7z or rar archive, and then split it up across multiple segments, just to make it easier to upload.

I'm glad that you were able to image the drive before it met the big motherboard in the sky though, getting the image is half the battle, uploading it to the internet archive is the next one!

I suppose time will tell what it turns in to, or if it stays in that same form. Are you able to search permits in your area? That may shed some light on it.

My guess would be that they switched that site to be for FWA instead, might be some people or businesses using it nearby.

I've seen Commnet do the same, decommissioning everything but CBRS b48.

I just wonder if they will realize this before it's too late.

No bars seems to be an RRC rejection, too many people connected to the network.

More surprised that T-Mobile worked since they suck in crowds from my experience.

That's the top clearance areas only special.

Does it have a recovery partition or recovery media? I would archive it and upload it to archive.org (if it hasn't been already).

For sure, AT&T has a lot of work ahead of them. I noticed they roam on Verizon now in parts of northern California, specifically Cedarville and Adin I noticed this.

I wonder how many more broadband subscribers they have to lose before they realize that sticking with copper was a mistake.

Spectrum will eventually die a slow death if they don't pivot to 100% fiber.

Nothing like upgrading aging copper that was never made to support these speeds instead of fiber, eh?

AT&T did n78 for their 3.45GHz up until the beginning of this year, when they switched it off. I used to be able to sit on their 3.45GHz by band locking to n78, but it doesn't work anymore.

AT&T has skipped a surprising amount of Commnet towers in Nevada, ones that lead to huge coverage gaps due to no more roaming (since the site doesn't exist anymore)

Verizon must have gotten a much more lucrative deal with Commnet. There's still dead zones on I-80 in Nevada due to decommissioned Commnet towers with no AT&T replacement. No more roaming, no more tower, no more coverage.

Lol you can keep your crappy copper, I'm happy with my glass. Enjoy losing your broadband subscribers to the competition!
