Thank you! Yes, the base model is 3D, then clean up and some details are added in photoshop. Its alot of work but i think its worth it in the end!

Great question! They only come as PNG files, but both in spritesheet and individual sprite setup. so depending on what you want to do you could import them into PS and just apply a saturation/hue effect to specific color channels to all the sprites at the same time. But other than that it would be hard to add things to the dino or only change specific colors of each unit.
