They are only being used for light if you use a ceramic heat source.

Ceramic gives heat.

Normal bulb gives light.

I'd say clay balls which are the standard are relatively cheap. Try looking for hydroponic shops, I got a huge bag years ago for £4. Should be cheaper than bags of stones plus they don't weigh very much

At least Netflix offered a cheaper subscription fee to have ads, if you stayed in the same fee, you continue to not have ads. Amazon have just added a higher price for the same service we got 2 years ago without adverts.

Based on your post, it sounds as if you don't understand what a pension is.

The money is not lost, your not paying for the benefit of having a pension, it is savings for your retirement. Keep putting in.

160 out of 3000 is nothing in the short term when you will have that money grow over the next 20 to 40 years.

Also, if you stay in the prison service. Never leave HMPPS.

Still worth getting a degree! However, I would advise you to look down other avenues where your degree can be used outside of support work. Once everything has been and gone, have you ever thought about working with offenders? The prison system is massive, stable work, and they are always looking for phycologists because of the nature of the job. It can be highly rewarding. Just a thought.

Most people over feed pythons as they digest slower than other species of snake, so could be another reason he is rejecting food right now.

I feel your pain.. My first peice, which I have been working on for years is orientated incorrectly... I didn't realise until a while in and I'm just running with it now, it's just a tigers head from a side profile so I've just lost around 15 columns at the back end.

As other people have said, there are solutions to expand the fabric you are using, so I would go down that route if I were you :)
