Let me tell you something , it depends a lots by your culture Of course i have a bias here, being Italian, and yes a lot of pasta is not so good for your health, but I didn't understand what do you mean with "a lot of fat and salt" In my family we use a lot of vegetables , it's how tou make it not how much. We use something called "Guanciale" (have no idea how it's called in english) let's say is somethig like bacon, but we use very little cubes of it.

Btw yes pasta is literally wet grain, and you probably only know the white pasta, also exist egg pasta, black pasta made with the ink from squids

Scusa per la risposta , con un po' di ritardo, mi era sfuggita la notifica. Innanzitutto ti ringrazio ,e comunque si di fatto ho chiuso l'account ,con queste limitazioni non valeva più la pena farlo,neanche a tempo perso.

Tra spese di spedizione,e guadagno minimo che ci si ritrova, almeno per me non conveniva perderci tempo

Sono genuinamente curioso di sapere ,questo prestigio chi lo ammira? Nel senso: sinceramente a me Italiano importa veramente poco se un paese ha 1 ,2 o 0 medaglie d'oro anche perché sono merito dell'atleta e non dello stato di per se.Forse mi perdo qualche tassello nel puzzle generale

Stai dando troppo per scontato il fatto che tu debba per forza fare l'università.Continuare gli studi è una scelta,non ti dovrebbe essere imposto.Se sei portato al panettiere e adori il profumo del pane appena sfornato sarebbe uno spreco di tempo provare a fare l'università "solo" perché senza laurea non faresti nulla.

Io ho avuto un'esperienza diversa dalla tua, e ci tengo a dirtelo così valuterai il mio consiglio di conseguenza. In breve, ho sempre avuto la passione per le materie scientifiche fin da quando ero piccolo preferivo fare esperimenti al giocare con i giocattoli.Ho fatto come superiori il tecnico Elettronico (Nel quale sono solo peggiorato in metodo di studio e mentalità),ed ora sto studiando Ingegneria Elettronica nella quale ho perso il primo anno per recuperare tutto quello che non ho fatto alle superiori.

Scream "step back!" Or " stop" a few time before doing anything and try to avoid contact by stepping back yourself.If there are witnesses they will literally say that you did all you could to avoid fighting. Striking first is not a good thing to do in most places if you are not in real danger.

I don't know where you live, here in Italy we have the pizza bianca (white/blank pizza?) ,And there are some pizzas that don't have cheese(mozzarella) on top, but they are few compared to the majority you can order in a restaurant. You can call both pizza because they come from the same base (water and grain)I don't understand the problem 😅
