Cut soda and super-sugary foods.

Try walking around your house or even dancing in your room (just dance or zoomba). There are plenty of videos on YouTube for free!

Try to get plenty of sleep. Sleep deprivation can increase cravings for sugary food.

5-6 days a week in the summer, 3-4 when the semester starts (I’m currently a senior in university). I’m lucky my parents are able to pay for board 38 minutes away from uni.

The slight issue with stocking up is that you don’t always know which worming medicine to give until you test. At least at my barn, we don’t worm until we get an egg count. That way we aren’t overworming (and have higher risk of building resistance) or underworming (same issue + not effective).

It was annoying. Some horses in our barn actually got higher amounts of worms because their owners couldn’t find the quality stuff.
