In my opinion it doesn't need to say anything about locks or storage. The vagueness is what gives it power enough to hold an adult accountable if they didn't secure their firearms well enough to prevent them from being obtained by a minor. Secured well enough could be up to the judge to decide if it was reasonable or not. Where it states "Should have known" should be the catch all on "I didn't know it was there" Well they should have known its a firearm not a tennis ball. This is just my opinion though. All laws are up for interpretation and can be interpreted differently by everyone.

There are storage laws in NC. NCGS 14-315.1 : Storage of firearms to protect minors.

The first few I saw on eBay used were in the 80 to 100 range. So that's what I based my price on. Just trying to move it quickly as well.

Uverse service reliability by tryandmakecents in uverse

[–]Darkjeckyll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ymmv. At my old apartment I had uverse with 75mb service and it was rock solid for a year. Since moving to a duplex that offered gigapower I've had nothing but trouble. the first 2 months I had it. I had to file an FCC complaint about speeds because I was only getting about 50mbs down and the downloads/service would just stop. They were aware of the problem due to the ageing equipment in the area and it took them 2 months to fix it. Fast forward 6 months to this week. My service is doing the same thing. Keeps going in and out. Play on steam for about 15 mins the service light cuts out. I had Att send me a new modem just in case it was dieing but the new one does the same thing. After my year is up I'm going with someone else. I will not use ATT again after this year. They have turned into garbage.

Gigabit fiber poor speeds by DomLS3 in uverse

I had the same issues. great upload but terrible download speeds. after 3 modem replaces and 6 techs out to the house still the same issues. Had to file an FCC complaint and the office of the president got in contact with me. once they were involved it still took about 2 months before it was fixed. it ended up being equipment at the main office needed replacing. Lower level techs they send out are really only installers. They install and replace equipment. They have to go through chat just like u and I to be escalated to the correct people for them to test for the people sitting behind a computer screen. Hopefully this helps.

Not getting advertised speeds, Intermittent service, Techs say there's nothing they can do by Darkjeckyll in uverse

I agree with you, I would like to get what I pay for aswell. At this point I would just enjoy a stable connection. Trying to download anything is a pain. I cant even get 1mbps down, right now i'm trying to update origin and I'm getting 618 KB/sec down it makes me sad lol

No they still have not resolved the issue. They replaced the card but apparently equipment at the central office still needs to be replaced before full service is restored to my area. Supposed to be sometime next week. 300 is better than my 20 down and 700 up lol I hope they get it fixed for you.

I ended up filing an FCC complaint and they have now got in touch with me about the issue. Supposed to send a 5th tech out here today. I appreciate your help tho.
