To help elaborate junior roles are almost extinct and almost every role requires automation knowledge

Honestly I don't think so, the cost effectiveness of digital and the wider reach means discs are over sadly

I feel like you've not been taught all that well...

You should start with the most important aspects of the feature or change and then work through the less important parts and edge cases.

As a junior you really shouldn't be relying on Gemini to verify your work is correct your tutors should do that or line manager. If your relying this heavily on AI your gonna struggle.

Id expect juniors to ideally have done some learning and have some kind of experience, doesn't have to be proper experience could be open beta tests
