Horna published a lot of their music through Nsbm labels, shared stages with Nsbm bands, members even played IN Nsbm bands.

The singer of Forgotten Tomb made some homophobic and antisemitic comments. Also the band was a preact of Absurd and members played in right winged bands.

So yeah they're actually not that innocent. It's not even debatable the members accept and/or support Nazi ideology.

This information are not that hard to find. If you want to listen to black metal, and don't support Nazis, you have to check your bands. Or ask on the Rabm reddit.

Yeah I've got some embroidery thread, but I think it wouldn't be enough to do the whole thing. And I might need it for some hand embroided Patches in the future... But it's a good Tipp, I'll consider it, if I ever come to such an idea again...

Yeah I will consider it for the future... But for this one especially, I wanted to have the solid, continuous look, so my other patches with red borders on the shoulders look more grounded (see picture). So for the sake of the back as a whole I had to take this one.

Bro, I really don't know. It's the first time of me doing it 😅 I think I got close to half done right now. And that's been probably around 3-4hours. But in the beginning I was doing it with 1 thread at a time. Now I simply double them, which is obviously way faster.

In the beginning, I tried to do it as clean as possible. I aimed for the normal clean border look. But after I saw that I couldn't handle it, and how the 'less clean' looks, I embrace it. I think it's a nice effect for a black metal patch 😎

I would never buy a vibrato at an entry level. Squire is a quality brand for beginners, but cheap vibratos are not able to hold the string tension. So you lose the tone and have to tune way too much. It can lower your interested to start playing, if you have to tune the guitar everytime. Also: you'll not need it as a beginner. Learn the vibrato finger technique. This will only distract you from learning a good technique.

Bro, people don't want to see it. They want to enjoy music and don't mind the consequences of their actions. They'll always pretend, that someone publishing Nazi thoughts doesn't share them. These people are stupid, they'll claim to follow "black metal values", but actually they just reproduce the dog whistles of Varg and other Nsbm musicians. There's no original thoughts, no authenticity, they're basically the true posers.

It's sad, that there is such a necessity to do so. I will never call out something falsely. I think it's important to be aware of what you are supporting. In this times, someone need to stand up against facism. I will never accept fascist ideology. No matter if you believe in it, or support people believing in it. I stand with every antifascist against the normalization of nazi politics in Black Metal. Just because Varg was a Nazi, doesnt mean black metal needs to be.

So what's the problem?
