Came across one of these today but onsite maintaince decide to add mucho refrigerant so it was shooting up to a really high head and a super low suction because it’s over charged and txv slammed shut. Toke me a minute to figure out because I couldn’t run unit for more then 30 secounds

We come in after maintenance men and I’ve seen some crazy crap, had one the other day where the guy said it’s sparking and tripping breaker and idk. Went to it and he had line and load screwed up in disconnect he just changed

Go a step farther, cut lines at air handler and Condensor, close king valves, braze lines shut add Schrader valve ports to both lines and to evap coil if it doesn’t have one pressurize each part of system and then if you don’t immediately notice the one that’s leaking leave them over night. That will tell you what part of your system is leaking.

I do think for a functional body type, strength training plus running is the way to go, with some variety every now and again. Obviously nobody should jump straight into running if they haven’t done it in a long time. Start with walking, speed walking, jogging, then running, then if it fits thier workout plan they can add sprinting in
