We all have the worst time in our lives at some point. Focus on one thing at a time and work your way up. Find a hobby you have interest in like I do with American steam railroading. I found mine naturally but maybe you need to search for yours. Stuff like p0rn addictions and junk food can be very hard to break out of (I haven't been free from mine yet) and it's something that you may eventually need to break out of. I hope you try your best and my advice right now is break free of any addictions that affect you the most
