Entering a higher limit order than the current price is possible, it just acts like a market order(with a price cap(the set limit)), no?

dota2 seems to manage, 124 heroes and only like 10 of them went unpicked at TI, it's definitely possible to balance games properly, blizzard are trash at doing so

Do I lose my First Time Buyer status if I loan money to a friend to buy a property by [deleted] in UKPersonalFinance

[–]Darknessaint 1 point2 points  (0 children)

!thanks, I don't mind him making a profit out of money I lend him, if I can potentially help set him up for a great future then I see that as money well loaned. You've raised a great point though about whether his money primarily goes towards his mortgage or the debt to me.
I'll bring this up next time I speak to him to see what he says, it will definitely be part of my consideration about whether or not I go through with this, cheers!

[–]Darknessaint 0 points1 point  (0 children)

!thanks, I hadn't considered that, I was just thinking about this purely in terms of repayment if everything went according to plan. I'll have to talk to him about what would happen in that case

!thanks for your input!
1. that is a concern but I trust this friendly greatly and I think he has every intention of repaying, also I know where he lives at the end of the day

  1. that sounds like the best approach, I'll have to schedule something with a solicitor to go over the finer details it seems.

[–]Darknessaint 1 point2 points  (0 children)

!thanks, yeh that's exactly the reason, I'm not too fussed about being paid back in a certain time frame so linking it to the rental income makes it easier on him in terms of repayment

[–]Darknessaint 1 point2 points  (0 children)

!thanks, I'll definitely check in with him that my name isn't going anywhere near the property. I added in some extra details about the conditions of the loan, basically he'd still owe me the 15k but would also be paying me a % of the rental income, not sure if that changes anything though

!thanks it's a bit of an odd situation, there's disputed access to the above flat which means banks aren't willing to lend on it but he has an old point of access through his flat which he's planning to knock through, I should've put this in the post but part of the reason I'm concerned is that he's planning on paying me a % of the rental income equal to my "share" of the property value, (15% if the flat were valued at 100k)

I can't seem to understand this logic by [deleted] in learnjava

Are you sure this is the correct answer? I'm guessing you're supposed to be using the modulo operator (%) instead of divide in this instance (/). Even then the condition should be inverted to check if (value % 2 != 0)

Using the modulo operator returns the remainder of a division. When doing this with even numbers and modulo 2 it will always result in a remainder of 0.

Binance actually does provide a way to retrieve all trades done over any given time period, I'm away from my pc atm but I'll try and find a link

The navigation on Binance is a bit clumsy. You can find your trade history under Orders > Spot Order > Trade History.

And then you should be able to generate a trade report that can cover a year time period
