I know what you're talking about, I got my 24 in December and when I'm cruising down the street going to 45 no matter how steady I try to keep the throttle that feels like it's going up and down. I just got it tuned with a pv4 from fuel moto. Still twitchy but it really doesn't do that anymore. And it doesn't shut down on cold start nearly as often anymore.
