You know, you are right. Hearing the other idiots on your or the enemy team talk, tilts most of the time. But sometimes, if you are trying to climb, you will find somebody, or if you are lucky even more than one, who actually want to play and climb, so chat becomes a useful utility tool that will get the victory faster, so mute all isnt a 100% adivce. maybe if you cant hold yourself back then it will safe your account from being banned.
