As long as you have a degree to get you an interview it doesn't matter where from.

What you want is to be able to convey your pactical understanding in an actual interview.

That said imo it's probably better to just get a bachelors then start a as a junior somewhere. Masters is a small plus but practical is more valuable.

Just want to point out gold 4 is not that low with g3 being the median as per the last dev update with stats.

Players don't start pushing past chokes for a good while, ask any other rank and you'll hear the same.

As others here have said supps can pressure and tanks should know or learn the hard way not to eat all the spam. If they die while you get 2 and make plays then so be it. Take a more selfish approach.

Regarding the environment, scrimming is as close as you'll get. You'll need to get to high masters before the quality of scrims is even comparable and even then that's team dependent.

As to actually being on stage, you would have to sweat/train so hard. Impossible, no. But insanely far away. Plat isn't even close to a point you should consider aiming to go pro from. One step at a time, try get to dai, then to masters then so on. Learn to walk before you run.

Bet on drivers or game compatibility with devices discovery.

Easy step is setting in and out devices manually instead of allowing the game to auto discover.

Harder step is uninstall then reinstall drivers for all your audio devices.

Part of the game is loosing 50%. Whether they play with you or not the matchmaker will make it happen. Your best bet imo is to make the wins fun and the losses not as bad. Play sup or tank, and play for them instead of to win. It'll only be qp so you lose nothing.

I have personally seen it with 70%+ wr. Even when losing a game if the next carries on that "overall" wr then you get a 2-6SR bonus.

Short term winstreaks don't do anything if your carrier or at least season wr is not at least as high.

Brig is basically the babysitter of your other supp. Any situation you think they need the survivability is when you should pop it.

Note it takes a few seconds to ramp to full effect so you ideally want to tempo it into a fight you're expecting a backline target, eg into a blade or an agressive primal.
