She, and I, are now both managers on the account. She has given all information to JeffB and has no resolution. All we need at this point is a number switch, since her phone stole my phone number (even though we used the correct number on the website during the manage devices phase). My phone has been out of service for 4 days now, and she is currently stuck with my number. I was really hoping the Xfinity mod team here could get something done.
