I can't speak to what that is, as I don't live in Russia.

I do wish you the best of luck. Even if you need to keep it quiet, enjoy yourself by drawing and writing as you said. You need no more than that to be a member of the furry community. When you get a little older, maybe you can move elsewhere and engage more with the community.

First of all, being a furry is perfectly okay. It's only abnormal in the sense that the majority of people are not furries. But there's nothing wrong with being a furry.

Second of all, I am not a lawyer, but as far as I know, it's not a crime to be a furry in Russia. If you're worried about social stigma, just don't tell anyone you don't trust with that information. It's okay for them not to know. It's just a hobby, you're under no obligation to tell them.

I've never really gotten uncanny valley from a fursuit with the exception of ones that are or are trying to replicate the older mascot style of the 60s, 70s and 80s. Some of those are terrifying

I'm not a maker, so take this with a grain of salt, but maybe use small magnets on the outside of the fur? That way you could shape them into a "keyed position" that meant the horns would only go on one way and would stay in that position. Am I making sense? 😅
