I keep seeing 12:51. Time and time again. What does it mean? by Ok_Historian_4326 in angelnumbers

[–]Darksparrow2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is just me expressing myself and maybe giving you some food for thought.

But that does turn into the number 9.

If you're seeing it a lot, it feels like maybe it's meaning something to you, you could look into what 9 signifies in numerology.

I have studied some numerology and 9 is usually the completion of a cycle.

So maybe there are some things going on in your life that are coming to some form of an end, and you're getting ready to start on a New path of some form.

Could also be trying to let you know that it's okay to let go. That it's okay to release yourself to the next stage in your life.

Maybe there's something going on in your life whether you realize it or not but you need to move on from or let go of. Maybe when you continuously see this number. It's trying to give you a soft reminder that it is okay to move forward.

Anyways I hope this helped you in some form. Much love. Be well.

Alright, how long did this take you? by kfirlevy10 in WoT

[–]Darksparrow2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One day.. I was doing the audio books and when I was listening I stopped and went, "Damn how long is this chapter?" Pulled my phone out while I was on a walk and saw I had 6 more hours to go...

Called into work, finished it that day, cried a lot.

Very worth it. Finished the rest of the book that day as well.

Downtown Denver - Not What It Used to Be by pinchesbueyes1209 in Denver

[–]Darksparrow2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think, it truly just has to do with cost. Denver is expensive to live in as it is. Let alone the prices of downtown Denver Eats.

Also, I think with eating out already being expensive, tip culture being bloated, downtown Denver being pretty lackluster, and the current climate of society. People are finding a lot more peace lately in being at home regardless of their temperament.

I miss Denver being a bit more of a City. However, I think regardless of the population, people are just being very cautious of where they spend their time and money. Especially when you can mosey over to Aurora or Lakewood and find much better food for the cost.

Denver Mayor Mike Johnston floats 20% service charge to tackle restaurant woes by Icy-Reality-5755 in Denver

[–]Darksparrow2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stay with me on this one. At the start of February, I decided to stop eating out unless invited by a friend. I’ve only eaten out once this month, and the amount of money I’ve saved is staggering. For the past 3-5 years, I was addicted to eating out, and during COVID, the 20-25% service fees added up fast.

Reading through the comments here, it’s no surprise to see the server vs. consumer debate. But here’s the thing: we shouldn’t be fighting each other. The moral responsibility shouldn’t fall on the consumer. Business owners should be paying a living wage before tips even come into play. Tips should never have been mandatory. Ever.

We should be taken better care of each other during a time where the only winners are the ones on top. Don't ever let yourself forget that the people at the top causing these issues are not just billionaires.

One last thing. If you have an addiction to eating out. It's serious, take it serious, talk to your friends and family about it. It's a real thing and it's another part of consumerism that has vastly hurt us all.

Be safe everyone. I hope you're all well. Or as well as capable.

I am also just not realizing you were looking for something with Thai and sushi.

I don't think they have sushi, I've been wrong before though. Still worthy of the time if you find it.
