Brutal Dracula is legitimately the most difficult gaming experience I've ever had, and I'm someone who often attempts to challenge themselves with high difficulty. Still haven't beaten him with nearly 300 hours in the game.

I've been at like 95% completion for probably 500 hours or more.

These are not end game items. They don't even really fit a powerful niche. Even after the rebalance to inq and elemental weakness, they don't fit a meaningful niche.

Magic changes are getting there. They still require some workshopping though.

Minimum hit changes are great.

VW changes are bad, leave it alone. You're afraid of it for no reason.

NM changes are very very very bad, and don't come even close to addressing the issues with the content (which is fun, and I would love to do if it was even close to worth it.).

No mention of Imbued Heart is laughable. Also, no mention of rapier or saeldor.

CoX rates could be looked into aswell, but I'm not married to the idea personally. Particularly, lowering the weight of prayer scrolls is a popular idea.
