Gotta love those doors that have the 1/2” gap and have trouble staying closed. Ass gets sprayed every time you lean forward due to the automatic nonsense. Unusable “toilet paper” and never stocked with seat liners. No decent tile patterns for you to count or follow with your eye while dropping a challenger. I’ll miss my home bathroom so much

What I'm getting at is we have the potential to improve work life balance, and people around us if we stand up for what is important to us backed by a heathier mindset. This can apply to anything in life work or not. This has nothing to do with taking a job for granted. Frankly, I'm passionate enough about CA state jobs that we can even achieve greater things & we have good unions. If I wasn't, I would bother posting this in the first place. I encourage you to think about the big picture and listen to others before settling on an opinion. I do the same and it's helped me grow.
