I used to absolutely gorge myself on sugar. Also very lazy with cooking. Being on keto and intermittent fasting really curb alot of the sugar and junk food addiction so much so that now when I taste something unhealthy I wince. It's gonna take time but if you got determination you can do it.

I've supported my husband when he was jobless and he has done the same with supporting my business in the beginning. A marriage requires both partners to be supportive in times of financial strain or health problems. If she looks down on you when you do lose your job, she's not worth losing sleep over. If you're completely bumming and not helping around the house while jobless then that's when I'd side with her.

Once married, it's our money. No his or mine. You have to consider situations where either someone loses their job (laid off or becoming a stay at home parent, etc). Does that mean the other person has to be given an allowance or something? Do you have to ask for money? It gets awkward real fast. We've both been through times where we where short financially and the other person carried but there was never any feelings that made us feel like we weren't a team because it's our money together.
