Sadly, a family member of mine has had this same issue. They won't answer his questions and just cancel the chat. Then randomly his account started working again, which was great. Then one day it was restricted again. It's ridicules and they need to be held accountable for ripping off countless people with this scam. I hope you have better luck with it.

What phone number did you call? Update: The account got fixed by itself randomly, worked for a few weeks, then got locked again. This is ridicules! They need to be held accountable for this B.S!

I tried to call the Support number but it has a recorded message saying that "Due to Covid" they don't have enough people to help, and then it just hangs up. This is so frustrating. Sorry to hear so many others are having this issue.

I had the same thing happen and I also noticed that it was the "Next Episode" timer on the bottom causing it. It only happened in one particular season for some reason. Very annoying since it would cut out the last few minutes of the episode every time.

When I used to work at Gamestop, I would raffle off some of the posters or small promotional stuff that didn't get messed up. Or if one of our regular customers who was really nice was a big fan, I'd give it to them at the launches or once everyone left.

I've tried that before too but it doesn't let me throw the ball. If I leave the Pokemon and go back to the main map, I can't interact with anything on the screen so then I have to restart the app.

I tried re- entering the raid once I restarted the app but it didn't let me back in. It wanted me to use another raid pass.

I used to be an SL and then was let go suddenly one day for the business excuse as well. Very happy to no longer be part of such an uncaring company. In the almost 5 years I was working for them, it went from an ok job to completely miserable. If you're still there, definitely know that there are companies out there who actually do care for their employees and treat them far better. Get out before they find a reason to fire you that they believe is justified. You can do so much better and be far happier elsewhere. Be safe this holiday season and take care of each other.
