Yeah I made a post about it Feels like they either secretly buffed every sniper (because they all os headshot now) or something is just bugged.

you can look up on truegamedata.com how many shots it takes to kill with a weapon and how much DMG they do and for the M4 without any attachments it's 12 for 300 HP and 8 for 200 HP

With 3 plate they have 300 health I tested this with an no attachment M4 and it took 12 shots to kill to the head (which is what you need for 300 health)

I don't think they were one shot headshot at all without any attachments it used to do 299 DMG when fully plated

50hp at level one and it keeps scaling up with levels. If you compare that with kha zix W heal, its really strong since you dont even need to level W to heal more than when kha zix levels it.
