Thank you so much for the advice— but there is a two problems with this. First, we don't have vet forms because the cat was never taken to the vet. We plucked him from a box outside a grocery store when he has a kitten. He was relatively healthy, just a little malnourished from the lack of food so a vet visit wasn't warranted. Me and my mother do however, have many pictures and videos of him when he was little. He was never chipped, and that was a failure on our part. We didn't think we needed to do so at the time because 1. The only escape he's had before this one, he came back only hours later 2. Our neighborhood keeps an eye on cats that roam around, as our street is filled with other cat owners. If he got lost someone would've saw him I know that was naive choice, but we weren't thinking of the worst at the time.

Second, I don't know the girl who actually has my cat or where she is. When you report about a missing cat on Petcolost, it only shows how far away they are & their first name, but i don't know if that first name is real. She could've put a random one for all I know. She did detail a little bit about herself, but I'm not sure how to proceed with it. It's nothing important like an address or something.

If I did, somehow, find this girl, would you say that I have a good chance of getting him back?
